Purpose of processing and categories of personal data
We will process the following personal data for the following purpose(s):

1) Conduct the Bepanthen Tattoo Ambassadeur program

Subject to you providing your consent, we will process your personal data within Bepanthen Tattoo Ambassadeur program, which includes registration entry, keeping your personal data in the records as the ambassador, informing you about the program and delivering you the test package. In order for us to be able to achieve above – mentioned purpose we need to collect your contact information (e.g. your name, address, e-mail address, kvk number).

2) Delivery of marketing communication

Subject to you providing your consent, we use your contact information (e.g. your name, address, e-mail address) to communicate with you through e-mail in order to deliver marketing communications containing information about services, products or events related to your interest.

3) Compliance with tax regulations

In order to be in compliance with tax regulations in the scope of test package, within which we will deliver you samples of our products, we will process your personal data such as contact data (e.g. your name, address, e-mail address, kvk) within tax records.
Transfer of personal data for commissioned processing
For the processing of your personal data we will to some extent use specialized service contractors. Such service contractors are carefully selected and regularly monitored by us. Based on respective data processor agreements, they will only process personal data upon our instruction and strictly in accordance with our directives.

Retention Period
When it comes to processes to which you agree we will process your personal data for the time necessary to achieve purposes of those processes, but not longer than 10 years from the day of expression of a consent or until withdrawal of your consent.

When it comes to the compliance with tax regulations, we will process your personal data for no longer than 7 years from the day on which the book year ended in which the tax obligation may arise.
